At Paint Outlets, we stand behind the quality of our coatings and supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition and that the product is not a custom-mixed paint color, which is ineligible for return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed and cushioned to prevent leaks during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked carrier; once our technicians inspect the inventory, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
